about
The goal
The goal of the Loyola Youth Lacrosse program is to create a fun and enthusiastic environment for boys and girls to learn the fundamental skills of lacrosse. Our program is designed to introduce young athletes to the exciting sport of lacrosse while emphasizing the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect.
We believe that every child should have the opportunity to experience playing lacrosse in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our dedicated coaches focus on teaching the basic skills of the game, such as passing, catching, shooting, and defense, in a way that is engaging and interactive for players of all skill levels.
Love for the game
We promote the love for the game of lacrosse in every player that participates in our program. By emphasizing the importance of hard work, dedication, and perseverance, we aim to instill a sense of pride and accomplishment in each player as they develop their skills on the field.
In addition to teaching the fundamentals of lacrosse, we also prioritize the development of important life skills such as communication, teamwork, and respect. We encourage our players to treat their teammates, opponents, and officials with great sportsmanship, both on and off the field.
Overall, the goal of our youth lacrosse program is to provide a positive and enriching experience for every participant. We hope that our players will not only improve their lacrosse skills, but also develop a sense of confidence, camaraderie, and sportsmanship that will stay with them as they move on to their high school programs.
